"Bon Voyage" Ian 

Ian's bon voyage party: Sunday, Aug. 15th

Our super-duper breastroker and triathlete, Ian Silversmith, is moving to Rhode Island at the end of this month. We are planning on having a “bon voyage” party on Sunday, August 15th, starting at 2 p.m. It will be at Ken Longo’s home. Ken is providing charcoal and some hamburgers, hot dogs & steak. Please bring whatever meat you want (hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, etc.) and buns. Also, if you could bring a salad or side dish if your last name is from A to M, and bring a dessert if your last name begins with N to Z. This is a BYOB event. Children and spouses are more than welcome.

No need to sign up, just show up. Directions will be forthcoming.

We are still planning to have the party in the fall.

Let’s all show up and bid the new dentist “Aloha”!

Huntington Masters Swim Team with 25 team points came in 4th place out of 15 teams!

This is the ONLY picture I got of Nancy. When she wasn't swimming she was running around after her grand daughter! 

The fog started rolling out just before the start of the swim but it forgot to take the seaweed with it. Otherwise, water conditions were perfect with temps in the low 70's. 

By the end of the swim, it was sunshine, blue sky and seaweed everywhere. 

Tim, Ken, Bob and Lance strike a happy pose BEFORE the swim. 

Tim gives us all a high five after collecting his first place medal.
